In our age-obsessed culture, it appears that when women cross that magical age of 40, they are made to feel bad, old, and unsexy. First of all, we all need a makeover from time to time to upgrade our wardrobes and style, and I am also not opposed to some help from a plastic surgeon, but I also believe that inner beauty is everything. Take a look at Julia Roberts, the American Sweetheart. I know guys like to use some derogatory terms for good-looking moms, but when I looked at her bikini photos, I was convinced that it all depends on how you feel inside and then how you take care of your body through healthy eating and right exercise. You can literally always look beautiful. Jennifer Lopez is yet another hot mama.

Victoria in Valli: Love It or Hate It?
It was love at first sight when I saw this white sheath dress with fur back in Giambattista Valli’s Fall show. I thought model Tanya D. lent much-needed delicateness to it. Seeing it now on Victoria Beckham, I can’t say that I love it as much. There’s no doubt the dress is still stunning and visionary, but I think Posh’s features are too blunt for such a dainty dress. And her stiff posing doesn’t help. What do you say? Do you love or hate Victoria in Valli?

Behind The Seams: Model.Live Launch Party
Remember Madeline, Austria, and Cato from Vogue’s new modeling reality show, Model.Live? The online show is now four episodes in, but last night at the Bowery Hotel in NYC, Vogue.TV and IMG hosted a celebration for the launch. Of course, the models and now-reality-starlets showed up looking gorgeous in different variations of LBDs. Cato (right) is my favorite; who’s yours?
Actress Becki Newton was also there, as were famous models Jacquetta Wheeler, Kristy Hume, Elettra Rossellini Wiedemann, and socialite Olivia Palermo. As you can imagine, there was lots of posing, smiling, and socializing. Sounds like my kind of party.

Paris, Not France Doesn’t Need a New BFF After All
Attached at the hip as usual, Paris Hilton and Benji Madden synced up in black and white for a date at Il Sole in LA last night. After recently denying rumors that she was seeing someone else, Paris once again gushed about going strong six months later saying, “Benji is my best friend. I’m the luckiest girl in the world. He’s taught me so much about love and trust. It’s the happiest I’ve ever been.” Next on Paris’ schedule is the Toronto Film Festival, where she’s allowing just one screening of the documentary about her, Paris, Not France. She’s scheduled to attend the premiere of the intimate look into her life and we have a feeling that Benji, who makes an appearance in the film, will be right there with her.
